Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the booking and use of photography, videography, drone, digital content and event management services provided by The Unique Production ("we", "us", "our"), based in Rajshahi, Bangladesh. By booking a service, you ("client") agree to the terms below.
1. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after a mutual agreement on scope, date, and price via WhatsApp, phone, or written communication. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed.
2. Advance Payment
A non-refundable advance payment (typically 30–50% of the total package price) is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the event/shoot, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate event details, venue access, and schedule in advance.
- Ensure a safe working environment for our team and equipment, including drone operations where applicable.
- Obtain any third-party permissions required for filming at a specific venue.
4. Drone Services
Drone coverage is subject to weather conditions, local airspace regulations, and venue permissions. We reserve the right to cancel drone operations on-site if safety or legal conditions are not met, without affecting the remaining scope of service.
5. Delivery of Work
Edited photos and videos are typically delivered within the timeframe agreed upon at booking. Delivery timelines may extend during high-demand seasons (e.g. wedding and Rag Day seasons) and will be communicated in advance.
6. Usage & Copyright
The Unique Production retains the right to use captured photos and videos for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes, unless the client requests privacy in writing at the time of booking. Clients receive full usage rights to their delivered personal media.
7. Rescheduling & Cancellations
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled date, subject to availability. Cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution to deliver quality work, we are not liable for delays or losses caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to equipment failure, extreme weather, venue restrictions, or force majeure events.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
